Project: Ulus, the historic center of Ankara, displays important remains of Roman, Ottoman and starting from the 1920’s of the new Turkish State. Giulio Mongeri, who taught and practiced in Turkey between 1900 and 1930, designed the Turkish Agriculture Bank headquarters besides other important buildings in Ankara—the Ottoman Bank, Tekel (Monopolies), and Türkiye İş Bankası (Isbank) headquarters. These buildings represent the architectural style known as the new Turkish Nationalist, or the first Republican. Historic preservation project aims at solving the problems of the artificial stones all façades; parapet walls, gargoyles, etc. are made of besides survey and documenting the building.

Services rendered: Survey, documenting, historical research, various analyses such as the structural system, artificial stone; infrastructure; design, working drawings, details, engineering drawings, tender documents.
